No hidden or unexpected fees. The care level is determined by a thorough evaluation of the resident’s assistance needs. This, along with the type of room, defines the rent amount. Participation is then available in the full range of WaterLeaf services, activities, and programs with no additional charges.

• Convenient Location

Five miles south of downtown next to Interstate 5. Located in the north part of the Pocket/Greenhaven area. See Map & Directions for details.

• 24-hour Staffing

Caregiver staff regularly checks in on each resident and is available for assistance at all times of the day or night. Nursing staff (LVNs) are on duty from 7 am until 11 pm, and on-call from 11 pm until 7 am.

• Landscaped Courtyards & Patios

A variety of uniquely landscaped courtyards allows for outdoor enjoyment.

• Large Dining Room

All residents are encouraged to visit the dining room for meals. However, arrangements can be made for meals to be served in the Resident’s room, if preferred.

• Recreational Activities, Games & Exercise

A variety of crafts, games, exercise, music, discussions, and parties is scheduled daily. One-on-one help from staff with therapeutic physical activity is available. See “Current Activity Calendar” under “Assisted Living” for details.

• Professional Entertainment

For fun and entertainment, professional musicians appear several times a week.

• Security Camera Monitoring System

For safety purposes, the outdoor areas around the facility are displayed on office video screens and regularly monitored by staff.

• Owner Operated

The owners of The WaterLeaf are in the building and directly involved in the operations on a daily basis. This allows for expedited decisions involving Residents and family members, as well as ensuring the right tone and overall atmosphere.
